And he calls himself... a Shepherd of Jesus Christ... he will be saying that he is innocent... until he dies... like all abuses... and then they spend time... behind bars... to be treated with respect... as an innocent man... with all the good things of home... his mother church... will give him... and they get only two years... while he had given every boy and girl... he has touch... a life time of prison on earth... until they die... where is the bloody justice in this world today... for the men and women of the cloth...

They spend time in prison... before their case comes to court... then like the bloody guy who abused my daughter... who is still saying he is innocent... is still waiting trail... will get a few years... and then they take the good years he spent... awaiting his trail to come forward... that time... is taking off what he gets... hence... he will only get three months... this has happened every time now... and he sits in his chair... making as much noise as he can... to get my daughter's attention... she will not be in the same room as him this time round... we are still waiting his court case to come forward...

CORNER BROOK — The Roman Catholic priest who turned himself in to police in December after nine alleged victims of sexual abuse came forward against him has again willingly gone into custody following more charges.

George Ansel Smith, 74, appeared in provincial court in Corner Brook Thursday afternoon. Attorney Tom Williams elected, on behalf of the former western Newfoundland priest, to proceed via judge alone in Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.

There were another 24 sex-related charges before the court against Smith, who was already facing 38 charges — including 13 counts of gross indecency, 11 counts of indecent assault on a male, seven counts of sexual assault, four counts of unlawfully committing a gross indecency and three counts of unlawfully assaulting with intent to commit an indictable offence. Those offences, alleged to have happened between 1969 and 1989 in six different communities, including Port Saunders, Corner Brook, Stephenville, St. Fintan’s, Cape St. George and Deer Lake.
