Yes, Francis, I've had no problems either. That message does come up if you try and click on the new episode too quickly after the page has loaded (ie after you first click on the Vividas Reflection page). I usually just try again a few second later and it works. Other than that I can only suggest what Jerome suggests. I have noted in the Vividas technical notes that it doesn't work on Macintosh computers using Safari. They recommend you use Firefox on a Mac if you experience that problem.
