Thanks for your reflection, dawn. It seems that Lust is winning in the social battleground of relations. From what I read, young girls are becoming just as promiscuous as boys and are equally devoted to "meaningful one-night stands". We have the phenomenon of sports groupies-we have had a number of scandals about Our footballers and group sex, and our Multicultural TV Channel SBS has been airing a documentary on these groupies. Apparently the girls are not really interested in a committed realtionship-just sex with a star, the same as your sportsmen. And we have had a phenomenon of Rock Star Groupies for ages-especially drummers!LOL
In Australia we have the phenomenon of young women going out on Fridays to Party and get "laid". On Cyberspace one of the most popular blogs is of a young woman describing explicitly her numerous sexual adventures. It seems the number of women "Keeping it for marriage" is dwindling! Furthermore, there seems to be an epidemic of STD with chlamidia especially rendering many women infertile. WE certainly live in a promiscuous age!In my days, it was only the boys! MOst of their clumsy attempts at seduaction ended up in abjest failure!
