According to one 'tradition', as a child he made clay birds and brought them to life. If Mama needed a chicken for Sabbath dinner, well.... I guess cigs wouldn't be much of a challenge?

Tomorrow marks 14 months I've been free of the addiction. That translates to about $5,800 I was able to spend on something else. If I could quit paying the mortgage and for food and gasoline I could afford to buy cigars for you all.

Paul said something like "It's not what goes into your mouth that defiles you. It's what comes out." Clearly he thought smoking was OK.

As long as you don't exhale.
