Couldn't think what i wanted to post, on Stateline Barry O'Farrell has changed the wording of staying Silent when you are arrested, they said it was due to criminals not talking when they are arrested and a lot of them are only speaking up when their trial is almost over then the Police carn't come back at them with what they said when first arrested hence they are charged with a lessor crime. Canon Law was mentioned but just carn't put the words together what was said, anyway i suppose we would have to wait until Monday or so until its put on the website.
