Well now i have the answer to my questions regarding our Cathedral in Lismore and Bishop Jarretts endless renovations to this great old building. We are a minuture of Saint Mary's in Sydney and looking back when i was a child it was quiet Gothic looking with its endles long eile, i remember thinking am i ever going to get to the Alter Rails if i could not get a seat up the front. I think when all this is finished that this will be Bishop Jarretts legacy for his time in Lismore. i am still shocked at what he had been able to find and investagate. I must admitt it was a great find coming from a young Father Jarrett gosh even that sounds odd to me calling him Father. Do catch this if you didn't see it tonight i am sure you will all find it interesting about a young Catholic Church im those times.
