How can a community keep the individual in focus? (Y-not question the Sunday Readings)

LOST PASSWORDS – Note to Members: Please be aware that the administrators do not have access to members' passwords. They are all encrypted and known only to the member and the electronics where our website is domiciled. If you ever lose your password, or have difficulties with it, you can always generate a new one. To do this go to where you normally log-in but instead of logging in click the small "I forgot my password" link. This will take you through a two-stage process where a new password will be emailed to the email address you used to register on our forum. Use this new password you obtain to log-in in the normal manner. Once you have logged-in you can change your password to something more easily remembered or some favourite you might use – whatever you choose will be still encypted and known only to you and the electronics at our server. To change your password (or your email and many other things – all except your username) go to your profile page. This is accessed by clicking on your own "Username" which appears where the log-in link used to be once you have logged in. Cookies need to be activated to use the automatic log-in facility (which means you don't have to type in your password everytime you use the forum).
