I never thought a priest was a GOD i just always thought "their Mothers must be so proud" that they are teaching the word of the Lord knowing they were smarter than me. When my Sister Gabby went to the missions in NG i remember saying "i want to go with you when i realized that we were going to separated, i remember her laughing at me and years latter i realized why "i was drunk so why would the church ever want me to go and be a missionary. On her death bed she said to me speak up go to Mum i know you have something that is tormenting you, i didn't go to my Mother i just laid down like an old dog when she died i felt i could not live without her but what i did do was write to the Lady i was Housekeeper for and asked her to pay all my bills 4000 dollars worth so i could get out of Sydney and come forward to the Church (i didn't tell her that) i just said because i think i am going to die. She phoned me and asked me the peoples names i owed money to and said you understand i cannot give you the cash because you admit the drink has gotten to you and she sent me twelve cheques, i said i would send her 100 dollars a month and she told me not to worry about that, this wonderful woman that had treated me as her daughter never realized that she saved my life of misery.
