This was a great post and i am glad you mentioned the Police. When my Daughter was missing at the age of 16 the Police did nothing said she will come back preganant so go hime and wait, i was so angry i ended up dealing with a Detctive who seemed to be caring etc but he had other motives about me, one day he saw me on the Bus going to visit a firend and he followed me there i don't know what he was going to do knock on the door to speak to me while she was there or what but she happened to be going out and i stayed at her home to lay down and have a rest until she came back, about twenty minutes after she left there was a knock on the door and i opened it thinking it was her and she had forgotten something and he was standing there i asked him how he knew i was there and he said he followed me from the bus. MH i was not thinking that he was going to assult me i let him in. I made us a coffee and left the room for a minute and next minute i woke up with him on top of me upstairs he drugged my coffee i went crazy and jumped up and started punching him and telling him to get out of the house, i didn't realize for some time that i had been sexually assulted by this man and becuase my daughter was missing i couldn't think of anything else but finding her. 15years later when my child was in prison this all came flooding back one night when i was here by myself i didn't know what i was doing and rang the Police which was the wrong thing to do and reported it when i should of contacted a lawyer. While i was in Sydney going through the court to get my Grandson i asked a friend who was out of the force if he was still a cop and where was he i couldn't stop laughing i didn't have to worry about this bloke anymore because he got 15years jail for corruption he was about 44 when he was jailed so add that 15years on he wasn't out seeing and walking in freedom, when i got back to ballina i got dressed up and went down to the Police Station and asked could i speak to someone inside so i could sit down i remined them wht i reported and then said he was locked up for 15years the fellow was lovely and said
Well justice has been served for you hasn't it" i said that is so true and left. i have not even though about it and it hasn't even worried me i suppose because i was drugged and couldn't remember,
