Heresy and the cover up (Main Forum)

by desi @, Australia, Tuesday, May 01, 2012, 09:18 (389 days ago) @ James

"I think that this is really about any criticisms I may have made clear about how the church has handled the issue of clerical sexual abuse and how some of the blame for that lies with Rome."

The big lie that the cover up had nothing to do with Canon Law, had nothing to do with the current Pope or his predecissor is not only official policy. It now appears to have become a doctrine of the Church, leaving those who disagree in heresy.

The next "heretic" has to be Fr. Sean McDonagh who has said on a number of times that the bishops were only doing what they were told.

And Bishop Michael Smith on the Irish RTV program, Would You Believe, must be going close to the wind as well.
