church doesn't exist (Main Forum)

Hi Beehive, the catholic church used this non-existance of the church in the Pell vs Ellis case in sydney.

John Ellis went after the church at the same time as me ...he decide to court he would take them in a civil action.
He lost because the church proved they don't exist in australia (as a legal entity)

John Ellis ended up owing the church $703,000 as he had to pay the churches legal costs after the won.

you wonder how you pay someone who doesn't exist

This no existence of the church is what we the victims are working on getting changed ...needs to be changed in each state and victoria will be the first.
Firsy in the world and hopefully will start a chain reaction of uncoupling these protected assets in their trust funds.

Watch everybody start bitching then ...every catholic will be screaming the are being robbed
.....trust me guys you were all ripped off by the church years ago

No beehive the church does not exist ....and no one would have realised if John Ellis hadn't tested it in court ....cost him his family home.
(but Pell didn't care ..Pell didn't care about the abuse of Ellis by the church ...didn't care enough to bankrupt the victim in church afterward ....he's a full on scumbag)
