Tuesday, 13 Jul 2010 Pewter wonders about these things called 'performance reviews'? Dear Friends,  For those who remember his whimsical commentaries from last year our mate Pewter is back. A few days ago he sent me through a pile of short reflections he's penned over recent months. He's wondering how ridgy-didge these things called "performance reviews" are? Do they really achieve anything? Has anybody every done a "performance reviews" on a parish, a diocese, or the Vatican? There's still much news floating about from the 7.30 Report last night, and from the separate Vinnies story. The journalists I've been speaking to can't quite work out what's behind the whole Vinnies situation as yet.
