In search of self...

Dear Friends,

Commentary Headline

Our religion is supposed to be a force for good in our lives. Sadly it can also be a destructive force — the place where we store all the negative things that can consume us, put us down, restrict us in our God-given potentials.

Today's lead commentator, Francis Brown, knows all about this and writes about it in his very gentle way. His commentary today is another of those worth sitting with for a while and for that reason I've included some music with it again.

Beautiful day up here in the mountains again — a bit wet but we love those days especially when there was a fire on the King's Tableland, a couple of clicks further up the mountain from us yesterday. Meanwhile I got a heck of a lot more programming done yesterday and today Milly and I have to record a new song and edit a video for a wedding she'll perform at on Stradbroke Island next weekend. We'll both be flying up there for the wedding so we'll have a short break from commentaries next Sunday and Monday and I'll post Saturday's instalment from Kaiser early before we leave.

Wishing you a great day wherever you happen to be ... in life and in our world.
