Absolute Truth!
Dear Friends,
  The absolute truth is that I am being a bit slack today being home alone for 48 hours as my wife has taken off to Newcastle and Canberra to conduct workshops on the new As One Voice songbook for parishes and schools. I'm actually half-way through preparing a good news story which, by coincidence draws attention to a couple of very interesting projects being conducted in those two dioceses. I've decided to slow down and present that commentary tomorrow. Today I draw your attention to the review and articles PeterR has dug up from The Tablet originally published in 1998 about the television series Absolute Truth which I have been featuring on Catholica. The segment I have drawn attention to on Catholica is only a small part of the whole. Originally produced by the BBC in the lead-up to the Great Jubilee of Christianity in the year 2000 the analysis provided by this program almost seems more relevant a decade later than when it was first put to air.
