Music as a way into the spiritual...

Dear Friends,

Headline banner

It's getting worse. We're never bored in this household, I can tell you and as the days roll on there seem to be less minutes in each day to do, and enjoy, all the fabulous things there are in life to do and to enjoy. We're "under the pump" here preparing to take Amanda's musical endeavours into the next phase and, at the same time, keep Catholica "on track" and growing. Daniel Gullotta's lead commentary today has an interesction with music also. Music and the emotions have long been seen as "entry points" into the spiritual journey. In this beautiful, grungy essay Daniel shares with us some of his passion for music and for the spiritual. Is contemporary music a-spiritual, or even satanic and destructive of the human spirit, or does it offer something of spiritual value? <Link to today's commentary>

Wishing you a great day wherever you happen to be ... in life and in our world.
