Thankyou!

Dear Friends,

On Monday we set a new daily record for the number of visits to Catholica and on Tuesday, the discussion on abortion looks sets to going close to eclipsing Monday's record. (I won't have the full results for Tuesday until late tonight.) I'm taking a bit of a Sabbath today as there is other stuff I need to catch up on and so will not publish a lead commentary or Wednesday Forum. I do want to express our deep thanks to you, our readers, on behalf of Amanda and myself as publishers, and all the commentators and the forum community who make Catholica what it is, for this strong and now sustained support that you are giving to our work. The new record established on Monday prompted me last night to go off and compile a chart for the first time to clearly show the growth in Monthly Unique Visitors to Catholica since January last year — one of the main indicators we use to measure how effective our endeavour is. I've never seen these figures graphed in this manner before and even I was quite surprised at the picture it paints. <Link to the great discussions on our forum>

Have a great day. I have a wealth of commentary material coming in from a diversity of different writers and we'll be back tomorrow with more of what is evidently filling a significant need out in the community. Best wishes for a great day wherever you happen to be ... in life and in our world.
