Serendipity…

Dear Friends,

We honestly didn't conspire to bring you this present interesting discussion on the meaning of the Eucharist that has been triggered by a number of disparate events. One was the appearance of the Dutch Dominican Document which PeterR and others has been subjecting to interesting scrutiny in our discussion forum. Away on the other side of the world, Tom McMahon, in California has been thinking about this stuff too. His commentary today make for particularly interesting reading as he reflects on the evolution of the ritual and sacrament we celebrate today. It's been pure serendipity but what a wonderful series of insights we've been treated to. <Click HERE to read Pere's commentary>

OnLine Catholics Archives: Overnight I received an email from Garry Eastmann, chairman of OnLine Catholics, to advise that the archives of OnLine Catholics are nowing beind hosted by ACU National. I've put a permanent link to the archive on the front page of our website. This is a most welcome development as I know a number of people who have wanted access to various articles. <Click HERE to visit the OLC Archive>
