Dear friends,

Ben Coyne's essay is continuing to generate good discussion in our forum today with two strong strings going in response. In light of that and the fact that I am still waiting on contributions from other young people I have again decided to put off publishing a fresh lead commentary today.

In the discussion forum PatrickW has also added some interesting historical information in the string on Humanae Vitae from an issue of the Catholic Leader which was withdrawn from sale and pulped in January 1969 in the immediate aftermath of Humanae Vitae. We will be definitely publishing tomorrow (Friday) the contribution from Ben's older sister, Phoebe.
