I have just received word that the two workshops to be facilitated by Fr Diarmuid O'Murch next January have found a new home and a new sponsor. The Wellspring Centre in Melbourne is now sponsoring the workshops and they will be held at Janet Clarke Hall at the University of Melbourne. Further details can be found in the brochure HERE.

This is indeed welcome news. The controversy generated by Archbishop Hart's decision to withdraw endorsement of the workshops has probably caused a significant increase in publicity not only for the workshops — which were already heavily booked (the one on Consecrated Religious Life being actually booked out for residential places) — but also in general awareness of Diarmuid's books and the general conversation that is happening around the world at the moment on these maturing explorations of the meaning of our relationship with God.
